Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Water Tour, a charming and surprisingly spacious cruising barge, nicely maintained and with a secure residential mooring available on the tidal Medway if needed.
Water Tour offers good living space, lots of light, and could be a lovely home, either full time or as a holiday home/weekend retreat. The large wheelhouse has panoramic views for ease of navigation when cruising or to enjoy your surroundings when static, and would make a nice day lounge area.
Steps lead down to the main living area. There is a good sized lounge area, again with plenty of light and headroom, with a lovely diesel heater that heats the whole boat and is a nice focal point for this area. Next is the galley area, with a good amount of storage, a built in two ring hob, and a sink with gas hot water heater. There is also built in seating and a removable table that can create a further double berth.
There is a separate toilet cubicle, that could quite easily be made into a wet room, and then a good sized cabin that can be two single berths or a double, again with good storage.
Externally there is a nice sized outside space next to the wheelhouse, and Water Tour has also been recently painted. The DAF 575 engine runs well and offers plenty of power for river cruising.
Overall Water Tour offers good space and very affordable ongoing fees because of her size. Comfortable to navigate, and easy to maintain, she can be very much an affordable full or part time home.

Most residential moorings are secure areas with mains electric and water provided, mooring fees for a secure residential mooring tend to be between £1 and £1.50 per foot of length per week.
