Barge of the Spits/Freycinet-standard peniche originally used to operate mainly in fresh water and transported grain. Her shell is in good condition, with minimal indentations, dishing and deterioration, which makes her a perfect conversion prospect. The vessel has undergone her 5 year renewal survey/docking in 2017, following which her certificate was renewed until Feb 2027 (residential vessel).

Concept design plans have also been developed and are available on request as a separate purchase. When converted the vessel can offer 4-5 apartments with independent entry boosting ~200m2 of internal space as well as ~100m2 open garden/sun deck.

Outside heads at aft deck. disabled.
Fore peak accommodation: forward of the hold and forward technical space is a cabin of circa 12m3. Currently unfurnished. Auxilary generator and secondary FW tank located adjacent.

The main cargo hold offers a huge potential for 125m2 of spacious and bright accommodation. possibly more is the space is split with a mezzanine deck or raised main deck.
