Description

Cleopatra is a 70ft steel hulled tug converted into a houseboat. It is moored on a permanent residential mooring in Southampton on the Itchen near Cobden Bridge.

The mooring is in a residential yard of 13 boats which has been here since 1960s. The yard is leased from the local City Council.

UPSTAIRS - kitchen with all appliances. Bathroom with bath, loo and sink. Small sitting room with doors on to the deck.
DOWNSTAIRS - large lounge with log burner. 3 bedrooms.
