Looking for a Quick Sale
Lady Rodmell is a 34.6ft Colvic Watson & is available on a live-aboard mooring in Rochester ME2 area.
The boat was built in 1983 but not launched until 2017 by the current owners. She is currently used as a static houseboat but has the potential to cruise and includes a brand new Thorneycroft engine which could be set up by the current owner if required.
The woodwork on the boat has been completed to a high standard & Lady Rodmell offers lots of space being 13ft wide.
A combi has boiler allows for hot water & the boat is heated via a Taylor’s Diesel heater.
The galley being the main living area can be used as two single berths & includes a dinette.
The kitchen includes a sink, storage & a gas 2 ring burner, oven & grill.
A washing machine, fridge & freezer are also included in the sale.
The front of the boat houses a single cabin and wet room with shower, sink & sea toilet.
The back of the boat includes the double bedroom with a built in wardrobe and storage.
The wheelhouse needs a small amount of finishing which is underway and includes further seating.
Overall, Lady Rodmell has great living accommodation with some outside deck space.
Viewing by appointment only & no time wasters.

I currently use the single berth at the front of the boat as a spare room rather than having it set up as a single bedroom.
